Brief Biography and Profile of Apostle (Dr) Emmanuel Nuhu Kure

A BRIEF GLIMSE INTO HIS BACKGROUND, MARRIAGE, SALVATION AND MINISTRY

BACKGROUND

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On the 19th of December, 1962, a baby boy by name Emmanuel Nuhu Kure was born into the family of Mr. Bayet Nuhu and Mrs Asabaru kure in Paiko village, Niger State.

He began his pursuit for education when he enrolled into primary school in Apapa, Lagos State before relocating to the northern part of Nigeria with his parents. After completing his secondary school education in the year 1980, he attended the College of Advance Studies in Zaria, which was then under Katsina State from where he gained admission to Bayero University, Kano State to study English language. After completing his undergraduate studies, he was deployed to Katsina State for National Youth Service where he worked as the travelling secretary under NIFES.

Apostle Emmanuel Nuhu Kure started his professional career as a lecturer with the Kaduna State College of Education, Kafanchan before God finally called him into full time ministry. However, Apostle Kure never relied on his salary to make ends meet. He doubled hawking and selling of clothes, livestock, farm produce and several items on the streets of Kafanchan alongside his white collar job to cater for his family.

MARRIAGE

Apostle Kure met his heart thrub, Pastor Martha Kure through a relative that spoke well about her and her sound spiritual knowledge of God. This prompted the inquisive Apostle Kure to seek for find her, although he also wanted to challenge some of her doctrinal stands.

They had opportunities to attend Bible studies and conferences together. On one certain day, Pastor Martha was standing outside her house when she saw him passing by. She greeted him and asked where he was headed that early. He said he had just got admitted to BUK and was going there. She wondered why BUK. He said that was where he got admitted, and he has peace with it. As he left, Pastor Martha heard a voice: ‘That is your husband’. Turning back, she resisted the voice. She looked at the brother again with his trousers not reaching the ground.

To cut the long interesting narrative, years later, as pressures from men began to cloud her space, she asked God for confirmations and signs to prove to her that Emmanuel Nuhu Kure will be her husband. Apparently, God confirmed these signs and she became graciously married to him in 1986.

Today, God has blessed them with 5 beautiful children namely: Glory, El-Shaddai,

Maranatha, Daniel and Beulah.

SALVATION EXPERIENCE.

Apostle Emmanuel Nuhu Kure was supposed to be the last born of his parents but his elder ones died strangely within a short span, thus, making him the first born. The strange wind of sickness and affliction ravaging his family soon aimed at him and it was his turn to die like the others. His father however prayed in distress for the healing of their last surviving seed. Immediately after his prayer, a strange thunder came through the roof and struck him on his sick bed. Miraculously, immediately after this encounter, the young Emmanuel who was at the point of death got healed. This strange experience and subsequent encounters promoted him to begin to search for God.

Subsequently the call of God upon his life became so glaring and eminent. However his waters of operation became so different from the norm, as God was calling him to the Prophetic and the Watchman Ministry. In a very short while, after giving himself to the Holy Spirit and God’s call, Apostle Kure soon became a mighty man of valour and battle axe in God’s hand.

MINISTRY.

Prior to pioneering Throneroom (Trust) Ministry, he was the coordinator for CAPRO where Bro Bayo Famunire was the pioneer. Then, the Lord began to talk to him about the Watchman, and the prophetic. Passionately, he took it to CAPRO. He told them about nations and the place of the Watchman, the need for these Watchmen to begin to rise and speak to missions to change the atmosphere of countries. He wanted CAPRO leadership to create room for such within her organisational structure. The Leadership soon observed the Lord was beginning to lead him to a dimension that was not within the vision of CAPRO. They prayed for him and released him so that he could enter the full glory of what the Lord was leading him into. From there, with the help of God, he founded the Throneorom Trust Ministry.

Under his leadership as the Vision Pioneer of Throneroom (Trust) Ministry Inc, Kafanchan, the ministry has established branches or Prayer Towers in the major cities of Nigeria, and beyond, including, Cameroon, Chad, the United Kingdom, United States and other nations of the earth.

PORTFOLIOS.

He is a Member of the National Advisory Board, and immediate past National Secretary of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN). He is the Co-Chair, House of Kaduna Family – Kaduna State Peace Commission; Chairman, Advisory Council of Wailing Women Worldwide; Chairman, Board of Trustees, Southern Kaduna Christian Leaders Association (SKCLA); Chairman, Southem Kaduna Peoples Empowerment Foundation (SOKAPEF); Chairman, Salama Radio 98.1FM, Kafanchan; Chairman, Board of Trustee of Chapel of Victory, Kaduna State University, Kafanchan; Member, Board of Trustees, Redeemer University of the RCCG Nigeria; Member, Board of Trustees, Nigeria Bible Translation Trust; Member, International Coalition of Apostles (ICA).

He was the National Coordinator of the Associate Travelling Secretaries and Senior Friends of the Nigeria Fellowship of Evangelical Students (NIFES), and former Council Member and Chapter Coordinator for Calvary Ministry; and former Ambassador and Convening Apostle for Africa for Global Spheres International (GSI) started by late Dr. C. Peter Wagner.

He has authored several insightful and prophetic books among which are the Practical Prophetic Prayer, God’s Chosen Leader, The Watchman, Invasion from hell and so many others.
