Passing decrees against the rod of wickedness that has budded, the rod of covenant between their ancestors and the strangers they allowed to share their land but are now claiming their land and killing them like sacrifices to their gods, the rod of all evil agreements, the rod of all manner of evil fashioned against them.

This act is extremely necessary as God commanded Pastor Martha Kure to make declarations and raise new standards over the land to govern it people.  1 Samuel 1:15-16, Joel 2:19,

Because when the land is defiled of blood plaques and all manner of evil are bound to happen to the people. The land shuts up its strengths and joy is found lacking in the land. Witchcraft thrones and occult thrones become fortified and the land begins to curse her inhabitants.

The women taking back the city and country at large through prophetic declarations and covenanting back the city to its Creator. Asking God to break the bond and beauty of vows made by their ancestors with men, Spirits and nature that has become a stumbling block to their destiny and progress of the people who call upon the name of the Lord.

Deuteronomy 28:1
